The Space that Holds the Reading
Where does the information come from during a psychic reading? Just what is the psychic medium connecting to? I have been forced to become more aware of the state of mind I am in when I get a “hit”. A hit being a correct visual image when bringing up a symbol attached to the person I am connecting with during a mediumship reading. There is a difference in my state of mind when my mind fabricates and a true psychic hit.
Studying myself and my own psychic style, I have become more aware that I go into a mini trance of sorts when true connection occurs. This mini trance can last a few seconds, but is enough time to bring back information. The image appears gently and is slow to come into focus. There are technical names for bringing psychic information forth visually, one being clairvoyance. I believe that everything is connected and there are wave patterns that we can’t see. The psychic taps into these wave patterns, which contains information that is pertinent to the people involved. When the sitter and psychic have an intent to be visited by a loved one that intent goes forth into the wave pattern and the psychic then catches the information, sometimes as images. This is my interpretation as I study myself, other psychics may have different experiences.
Whether it is a knowing, smells, or visuals each come from the same wave pattern. It is a type of super focus that describes the trance. It is much like a moment of being in a daydream. I connect this daydream state to the dreaming state one is in during sleep. Many clients share experiences where their loved ones come to them in dreams. While I am in this mini trance, it is then that the loved ones come to me.
I hope that my self study into my own psychic process helps you to become more familiar with the empowering experience of receiving a psychic reading.

Every person getting a spirit art painting also gets a mediumship reading. If done in person, then mediumship takes place while I paint. If done from a photo, I provide a handwritten mailed letter to you explaining the reading.
