Psychological Aspects of Personhood as Starseed/Hybrid:
Changes Made to Identity
Prepared by Suzanne Bishop, MS
We live in a Matrix…a Universe…an Omni-Verse of many different types of intelligence in many forms. – Mary Rodwell
OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
Presentation length: ½ hour to 45 minutes.
This presentation will cover the characteristics of Starseeds and Hybrid peoples: those who are being awakened in these modern times. Also covered are the multi-layered psychological changes that may be occurring to these individuals. These changes are to be seen as conjectures, in this presentation, as no substantial amount of research into identity formation, psychological challenges of Starseeds/Hybrids has been done in a wide basis. Research based on Mary Rodwell and Barbara Lamb will be cited, and begins us to see the realities as they unfold for the Starseed/Hybrid experience. Awakening occurs with the beginning of experiences of the following: Higher functions of intuitive connections, intuitive connections to their “Star” family, vivid dreams of being with their Star family, being on a spaceship, being “abducted” and having conversations with extraterrestrials, increased creativity, increased sense of well being, and a greater connection to a sense of being part of a whole, and being on a spiritual mission. There are many more experiences, as each Starseed/Hybrid is unique. The dark side of this awakening can at times result in increased anxiety, nightmares, and a sense of unease for Starseeds and Hybrids who have trouble of letting go of their ego state as it has conceived of been so far. Suggestions will be offered that are based on a cognitive behavioral framework, and positive self-talk.
OBJECTIVES
- Describe the characteristics of Starseeds and Hybrid individuals. (Under the term “New Humans”, Mary Rodwell); (Rodwell, 2017, p. 11) Variations and particulars of characteristics are found among Hybrids, this is addressed later in presentation. Not all of the following characteristics may be present or currently realized by the New Human, depending on their light and DNA activation timeline.
- Some ADHD or ADD, on Autistic Spectrum, Dyslexic (Letter People); (Rodwell, 2017, p. 254) some struggle with depression.
- Cognitive Abilities: Superior cognitive abilities which allows them to connect with the multi-dimensional world more readily, photographic memories, telekinetic abilities, mind meld skills (The ability to have awareness through other consciousness, human and animal.), interspecies communications,
****Some can override the current widespread terrestrial consciousness and programming with multi-dimensional truths, non-linear thinking, precognition, able to articulate non-human languages, remote influencing skills. - Sensory Abilities: Heightened sensitivities in all 5 senses, ability to sense what a truth is, an innate ability to access individuals through their essence and frequency, perception of reality with various parts of the body, not just through the eyes, perception of more of the visual spectrum than normal ( i.e., Kirlian Photography which shows up a s auras and energy fields.
- Psychic Abilities and Spiritual Sensitivities: Nonverbal communication (Can also be a sensory or cognitive ability.) telekinetic abilities, conscious astral travel, connection to universal spirituality and higher consciousness not limited to religions, an innate understanding of the multidimensional reality, an innate awareness of healing energies and how to utilize them, ability to manipulate time and space, ability to sense or perceive presence and energies (ETs, spirits, interdimensional presence), ability to access past lives of past lives of self here on Earth and on other planetary systems etc., naturally born with wisdom and universal awareness, connected to life forms and all nature, precognition (foresees future events), manifestation of unusual scripts or symbols.
- Creativity: Usually gifted
- In addition to the above characteristics of Starseed/Hybrids, Mary addresses the following characteristics in today’s children and young adults: (Rodwell, 2017, p. 12)
- Have conscious recall of their experiences.
- Have little fear in encountering ETs and beings.
- Accept their encounters, are comfortable.
- Acknowledge their Star Family.
- Struggle with the density of this Earth energy fields.
- Feels human behavior is primitive.
- Feel very different.
- Feel like they have been adopted.
- Feel more connected to the stars than Earth.
- Have a sense of mission and purpose.
- Feel connected to specific star systems.
- Have access to knowledge they have not consciously learned from.
- View objects a multidimensional in nature, have a hard time seeing our word as solid.
- Aware they can levitate, change frequency, move through solid objects.
- Have abilities that are considered outside of the norm.
- Have an understanding of complex subjects like physics, spirituality, nature of reality, nature of space time, true origin of our species, and perceive the truth despite deception.
- Are aware of inaccurate educational programs on this planet and the harm they do.
- Are aware of the unhealthy manipulations of energies and frequencies.
- Are aware of mind control technologies.
- Are aware of negative self serving humans and beings. (Damn, I know THIS one well.)
- The Hybrids (Particulars of Hybrids, from all races, and within each ET race the hybrid has characteristics of yet another layer of particulars.) Please include the New Human characteristic noted earlier. Not all Hybrids will have all of these characteristics, or be aware at this time in their development.
- Each Hybrid will take on the characteristics of the ET race they are vibrating with consciousness too. Arcturian consciousness = Arcturian Hybrid ect, and there and there can be mixtures. (Rodwell, 2017, p. 244)
- Lower than normal body temperature.
- Highly Empathic and psychic
- Highly Telepathic
- Vivid dreams, psychic dreams
- Memories of being on a ship, mothers have memories of being on a ship during pregnancy. Or, memories of DNA activation as a young toddler via energy. (For me it was an energy ball entering my abdomen.)
- Being a “Letter Person”, (Rodwell, 2017, p. 254); Having Aspergers, Autism, ADHD or ADD, Dyslexia, a term coined by Molecular Biologist Dr Lena Ohlson.
- Manipulation of time and space.
- Help people understand themselves and loved ones who are experiencing shifts in consciousness, awarenesses, and communications with Extraterrestrials as part of an ego dissolution, and part fracturing of their current identity. The idea of integration of their identity and sense of personhood is key.
- Remember we are all merely spirits in a containment of our bodies for a brief Earth life. We know what we know, and we know what we know.
- Psychology may refer to identity as qualities, beliefs, personality, looks and/or expressions that make a person (self-identity) or group (particular social category or social group). It is my belief as a New Human that we will all transgress and transcend the need to identify so strongly with our own, or other people’s construct of who we are. We simply know a larger truth, one that is beyond a societal limited view of us.
- According to Eric Ericson, a pioneer in the study of how we acquire and manage our sense of self through our identity, throughout our lifetime and coming from a psychodynamic framework. (On some readings of Erikson, the development of a strong ego identity, along with the proper integration into a stable society and culture, lead to a stronger sense of identity in general. Accordingly, a deficiency in either of these factors may increase the chance of an identity crisis or confusion (Cote & Levine 2002, p. 22).)
- The identity of Starseeds and Hybrids are formed in part from their knowledge or lack thereof of their family of origin, so how does identity formation come into play for a Starseeds/Hybrid identity development. In the end, it may not matter. Some of the newer children of the Stars (My words.) simply do not have any programming of the earth or our society, or the Earth family. Further investigation may be required.
- The idea of “Social Identity” and the Starseed/Hybrid connection to this Earth world: Starseeds must in a big way develop some of their self-esteem through identification to their ET family of origin and planetary interdimensional system. It is my belief that many Starseeds/Hybrids get “Counseling” via dream interaction with their ET family and also from frequent “downloads” or messages. The problem I see as far as identity issues with developing children and also adult Starseeds/Hybrids is when the DNA/Starseed activation comes late in life, and/or the identification is not strong with the ET family and negativity from Earth parents and society becomes central. This problem is being addressed by the advocacy of the likes of important researchers like Mary Rodwell, and Barbara Lamb.
So, loving care, nourishment of cognitive, psychic and empathic skills must be a central part of any child or adult Starseed/Hybrid’s life. There are potential problems relating to ego and identity development in child and adult Starseeds/Hybrids because of the dualistic nature of their identity development. - Remember we are all doing the best we can at any given moment, encourage love, encourage commitment, encourage our powers. We have one another during this mass awakening, toward our New Earth.
- Outline Mary Rodwell’s research work and also that of Barbara Lamb. Both researchers have been studying the lives of Starseeds and Hybrids for over 20 years.
- Summary of Mary Rodwell’s research into Starseed/Hybrid individuals:
- Summary of Barba Lamb’s research into Starseed/Hybrid individuals:
- Have a brief discussion on audience experience with their own Starseed/Hybrid experience, and/or that of close family and friends. How to adjust.

Questions and short discussion after presentation.

As an answer to the question: Am I an Alien Hybrid Child? Here is what you need to know about the hybridization program:
A hybrid child is a person born as a result of a mixture of extraterrestrial and human DNA. The hybrid child is formed in many ways, and likely the most common is the abduction of human beings and injection of alien DNA into their eggs or capture of male sperm. These abductees can sometimes have sexual relationships with extraterrestrial beings, which usually end up with the female pregnant, but there are other ways, much like we can today give life to babies through IVF. (Note that this is not random at all, but part of your soul contract, to which your soul has agreed, or you have agreed to on a subconscious level, i.e. this is part of your destiny on this planet).
As a result, there are so many hybrid children walking on this planet today; some estimates can be as high as 10% of the population. It is said that wherever a large crowd is, there will surely be a hybrid human present. There are so many qualities that identify a person as a hybrid. Keep in mind that a person you think is a hybrid might not be one and vice versa.
These are some qualities or characteristics that would help someone realize whether he or she is a human hybrid. It is important for everyone to become aware of these factors, so that identifying a hybrid becomes easier and simpler.
Loneliness
They are usually lonely and find it difficult to relate to normal humans. They might want to have a relationship with different kinds of people (not the typical, superficial people, but more like themselves, so Indigo children, Crystal Children, Rainbow children, Spiritual people, etc.), since they are not completely humans.
Sinusitis
They are usually plagued with a chronic disease called sinusitis. This is characterized by the sinus of the nose getting inflamed and causing a severe headache for the patient. This is another way of identifying if a person is a hybrid.
Dreams
They are usually known to have strange dreams. They often dream of places where they are flying, and such dreams prove to them that they have extraterrestrial genes. The hybrid accepts this irrefutably. These dreams come often. During dreams, the hybrid feels happy, content, satisfied, etc.since they are achieving their purpose on Earth, i.e. to realize their past and origin to self-realize in the future.
Scanty Hair
It has been discovered that most hybrids do not have much hair. They have sparse, thin and black hair on their heads but the other parts of their bodies usually have no hair. Hybrids without caps or wigs could be noticed anywhere they are. This could make them feel less human and uncomfortable. These people found a solution to that effect by embracing the use of wigs to have a more normal appearance.
Large Eyeballs
They have larger than normal eyeballs. They have a deeper vision, as if their eyes had an almost irresistible effect, and as if they could penetrate through to people’s souls.
Temperature Differences
Hybrids experience lower body temperatures than normal humans. They get cold easily and always have a desire for heat. They are termed as ‘cold blooded’, because their genes always pull their body temperature down.
Larger Cranium
The cranium of hybrid children is a little bigger than that of normal humans. In ancient times, some people (such as the Egyptians) tried to elongate their craniums or skulls for certain purposes, but for hybrid children, it is simply naturally larger. Research has shown that children born with large heads, most of the time, end up become more intelligent and more successful than normal human beings.
Mind Power
Hybrids can get things done through the power of their minds, by concentrating on a particular thing for a longer period of time. They can use the power of focus to achieve what might seem impossible for normal humans.
Association
Other people find that hybrids are usually snub. This is because hybrids do not feel too comfortable associating with people who are not like them. This is expected, because they are not in their element.
They have a deep yearning to go back to where they belong. They might not be able to explain this feeling or tell where exactly they belong, but they have the feeling deep inside. This is because they do not perfectly fit on this planet. Humans were designed by nature for the earth. Hence, it will take them huge efforts to fit in, but the feeling to go home will always remain.
High IQ
They tend to possess a high intelligence quotient (IQ). Hybrids have a very high intellectual capacity, compared to normal humans, which can manifest, not only in the areas of mathematics and science, but also in artistic or creative areas.
Telepathy
Hybrids have telepathic skills. They do not need to communicate with you to know your thoughts. They could read your thoughts and also tell what your action is likely to be. Every human being can develop such skills, but theirs is inborn. They could use it to their advantage in so many ways. Imagine a hybrid human present undergoing an interview conducted by a normal human. The result of the test would be known to him before the interview ends. This is because he could read his interviewer’s mind.
Sensitivity
Most of the hybrid humans are sensitive to electromagnetic or electric fields. When they get into such field, they become uncomfortable and can’t think straight anymore. Their thinking processes get disrupted due to their high sensitivity.
DNA
Human DNA dominates hybrids. This makes it easier to adapt to our human environment and remain undetected. It would have been more difficult if it were the other way.
These characteristics explained above are very important for a person to realize whether he or she is a hybrid or not. One may exhibit some of these, but not all. It really depends on the degree of penetration of the extraterrestrial DNA; in other words, how much DNA is human vs. alien.
Being a hybrid does not make a person inferior. On the contrary, this fact should make him/her bold enough to take up a multitude of challenges. This could be seen from the qualities of a hybrid human as he/she can demonstrate great powers that are not in normal humans. The hybrid human is actually in an advantaged position, and can make great forward strides, despite few challenges.
Our world needs solutions to various problems that have plagued us for millennia. This is an opportunity to contribute to your world and make the desired changes. You are not less, even though you might be different. Being different is a good thing. Throughout history, the heroes and champions of all stories have been different: Socrates, Plato, Superman, Nietzsche, Florence Nightingale, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Mr. Bloomberg, Madame Blavatsky, GI Gurdjieff, Leonardo DaVinci, Michael Jackson, Madonna, etc.
Stand up and do not feel inferior!
Case Study — “Jay’s Story”
By Suzanne Bishop, MS
A Descriptive Case Study.
A personal study of one man’s experience of losing his wife to cancer, and his unique process of opening to possibilities of communications with her through spirit — and onto connecting with her in meaningful ways.
The study follows Jay through the denial phase of losing his spouse, to acceptance, and through the command of connecting with her through dreams, visions and “hearing” her.
Case study question: How, or by what means does Jay’s ability to communicate with his wife in the afterlife positively work with the theorized natural progress through the stages of grief 1 (Kübler-Ross, David Kessler 2007).
Case study question: Why, or by what cause does Jay’s ability to successfully connect to his wife in spirit affect his successful progress through the grief process?
Abstract
Being able to connect with loved ones who have passed on into another form of existence levels the field. The helplessness that may be felt is lessened by the ability to actively converse with the one who passed. Questions about the existence of life after death come up in those grieving, and the thought of an eternal oblivion is a hard belief to grasp when experiencing loss. Eternal Oblivion: A philosophical construct and is the complete ending of consciousness upon death.) We have two choices when facing death: 1.) The Eternal Oblivion Belief and 2.) The belief in the migration of the soul or consciousness from this existence into another. These are the two beliefs Socrates struggled with. Having a spirit connection is an active involvement with the one who passed. The grief process is not a passive endeavor. I have known Jay for 6 years. During that time I have become friends with Jay and at times will do mediumship readings for him, even though he is capable of connecting to his wife on his own. I include in this case study Jay’s own account of the many experiences he has had connecting with Georgia.
I include these experiences at the end of this case study.
Quotes about grief:
I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history. That dreams are more powerful than facts. That hope always triumphs over experience. That laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death. –Robert Fulghum
Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life’s search for love and wisdom. –Rumi
The work of the artist is to express what is repressed or even to speak the unspoken grief of society. –Michael Leunig
I come into the peace of wild things who do not tax their lives with forethought of grief… For a time I rest in the grace of the world, and am free. –Wendell Berry
Grief is in two parts. The first is loss. The second is the remaking of life.
–Anne Roiphe
“Some scholars have argued that belief in the soul is culturally universal.” (Moreira-Almeida A, Santos, 2012.)
The Kubler-Ross Model of Grief
Kubler-Ross’s stages of grief, for this paper’s purpose, can be looked at as possible common experiences. They are not linear in fashion, and are not required as a roadmap to wholeness after the passing of a loved one. This is in keeping to how Kubler-Ross later defined her work on the stages of grief. The trauma and experience of losing a loved one through death is a relative experience. We all have varying degrees of sadness and ability to come through unscathed.
As said later in life, by Kubler-Ross “I am more than these five stages.
And so are you.”
Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in her 1969 book, On Death and Dying first writes about the 5 stages of grief. The five stages of grief in the Kubler-Ross model are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. These stages are not linear and can be experienced in any order, and also there is room for not experiencing them at all. There are later published versions of this book which Kubler updates her knowledge of grief.
The Stages of Grief:
- Denial – The idea that death is a reality doesn’t fit into the context of the person’s experience at hand of the death.
“This can’t be happening.” - Anger – The person experiences varying degrees of anger at themselves, at the person who has passed, at the situation. Someone has to be blamed.
- Bargaining – Thoughts and feelings about what they could have done differently while the person they lost was alive. Also, thoughts of what life would be like if the deceased were still alive. People can get stuck in this stage if too much guilt overcomes their conscious or subconscious thoughts.
- Depression – A numbing of thought and feelings. Life’s meaning is negotiated, simple pleasures no longer seem important. Their own mortality is reviewed and judged. Helplessness can develop.
- Acceptance – An acceptance of the death, with and without justifications. A belief that life can go on successfully without the deceased. Renewed hope for the future. 2 (Kübler-Ross, David Kessler 2007).
So, how does mediumship, or for the purpose of this paper, the ability for a spouse or loved one to connect with those who has passed contribute to getting through the grief stages noted above, or really any stages that manifest after experiencing a loss through death? This answer will be achieved in part through the recognition of our relationship to death, and an awareness of our personal and cultural beliefs in death. The act of connecting to those who have passed is an active agreement to keep some of the continuity of the relationship alive. To connect successfully is to diminish the finality of the concept of death and brings it into the scope of a continuum. So, the idea that one can successfully connect to the deceased promotes a reconstruction of how we perceive death personally and culturally for those who believe that death is a final ending to nothingness.
Some interesting ideas I follow from Dr. Raymond Moody, a researcher into the afterlife through the study of near death experiences. To move forward in this case study we have to define how we view death. As in Dr. Moody’s book it is important to first help define how the common cultural view of death affects our ability to connect in any meaningful way to the afterlife. For Dr Moody, the success of talking about death at all is to not let social taboos about death get in the way 3 (Moody, 2001 3). I am in agreement with Dr Moody in that people who wish to have success in connecting to the afterlife must review their at times deep seated beliefs about death before moving on to the prospect of connecting to the other side 3 (Moody, 2001 5). There exists proof that people from around the world and from ancient times (for this paper that would be somewhere in time to be 100,000 years ago.) buried their dead with relics from a life lived well. Flowers, eating implements, clothing etc. were often placed on or near the grave of the deceased person 3 (Moody, 2001 5). It seems that peoples of ancient place in time had a belief that there is some sort of afterlife that resembles their current life experience.
For Jay, the ability to seek out answers and new beliefs from resources such as the book “Hello from Heaven”, by Bill and Judy Guggenheim and quotes from the bible made the transition easier for spirit communication with his wife Georgia. Jay was open to new ideas about death and the ability to connect with spirit. I observed about Jay that the success he had with his personal experience with spirit connection was initially related to the extent he was able to be open to redefining his existing view about death.
In relationship to the stages of grief, this seeking of answers and with the goal of connection once again transforms passive victim into a seeker who is an active participant in their healing. The initial denial and anger experienced has a way out through active involvement in understanding death in a more spiritual sense. By reading about how other’s experience connection to spirit, Jay gave himself permission to experience it himself. According to The Cancer Society: “ When you feel ready, do something creative. Some options include: Write a letter to the person who died to say everything you wish you could say to them.” 4 (American Cancer Society, 2016 Copyright American Cancer Society) Jay transformed writing a letter to Georgia into speaking and connecting with her.

How was Jay’s experience with connection to spirit helpful to him?
The how, or by what means does Jay’s spiritual connection to Georgia help through the grief process? My observation of Jay and his progress through the maze of grief experience is one of watching a man come to terms with the reality of his wife’s death, feeling helpless to life’s traumatic events such as the death of a spouse and the acceptance of being alone without Georgia. At least in the connection in the physical form.
First for Jay there was denial that Georgia was gone from the life as he knew it. He spent many months not believing that Georgia was really passed on. He then began to have anger over his loss, blaming God, and blaming himself for not taking on her cancer. The ability for other mediums, and eventually Jay himself to connect with Georgia through a spiritual connection helped Jay through the stage of denial. There was something concrete happening through the mediums and himself in his connection to Georgia in spirit. Jay may still harbor some anger at his construct of God, and himself for not being the one to die first, maybe he is so delighted at having a connection with his wife that the anger has softened somewhat. So, the concreteness of connecting helped Jay take something that was abstract into a real life experience.
The act of bargaining, a stage of grief, seemed brief for Jay. Remnants remained of bargaining though, as Jay would often say if only he did this or that then God would take him (Jay would die.) to be with his wife. Jay remains strong in his belief that he will soon pass and finally be reunited with Georgia. The comfort I see in Jay when he connects with Georgia also seems to soften this stage of bargaining. The feeling of comfort is an experience is a means to soften the anger and need to bargain.
Mixed in with the bargaining stage and wanting to die is the stage that Jay continues to struggle with. Depression still haunts Jay, but he has come a very long way from actively stating that he will soon join Georgia in spirit to engaging himself in his new granddaughter and other positive aspects of his life. The connection Jay experiences with Georgia fills in a much needed continuity with a life he knew with Georgia in the living and with that brings hope. There has been much release of the anger, bargaining, and depression. Acceptance is something Jay explores, but has not yet completely included in his journey of the experience of loss through death. With Jay’s re affirmation of the wonderful aspects of his life in the living brings him closer to acceptance.
Why was Jay’s experience of connection to Georgia’s spirit useful in bringing stages of grief to somewhat completion?
For what reason, cause or purpose is Jay’s experience of connection to Georgia’s spirit helpful in creating an environment where the stages of grief are facilitated or softened? What caused Jay to move from a depressed state of being into a more hopeful and accepting state within the grief stages by experiencing his wife in spirit? My observation of Jay and his many years of grieving, is that Jay allowed himself to be open to the possibilities of connection in the first place. He found validation of the connection he was experiencing through his research into books like “Hello from Heaven”, by Bill and Judy Guggenheim and also through contact with various mediums. Jay was open enough to experience something that is not part of mainstream belief systems, and the “logical” mind. So, without the willingness to experience the connection, that it was even possible, none of Jay’s experiences of connection would have taken place. To answer the why question you first have to go to the stage of even before experiencing the connection to having in your belief system that connection is even possible.
The why of Jay’s experience is tangled up with the how of Jay’s experience. It is the concreteness quality of establishing an evidenced based connection to spirit that may have caused Jay to feel safe enough to move through some of the stages of grief. So, where the feeling is that when someone loses a loved one to death it can feel very abstract in nature, the act of connecting can feel very concrete.
Conclusion
It is the very real feeling of helplessness after a loss through death that sets up a belief that one may not be able to handle the loss. Jay became “not helpless” while experiencing the active choice of connecting with his wife after she passed into spirit. By connecting to Georgia in spirit Jay also was an active actor in his healing, not a spectator. The reduction of helplessness and actively engaging Georgia helped Jay along in the grieving process.
